Terms of Use

1. Service description

Raggamon is a SaaS platform for building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Depending on your plan, the service operates in two modes: (a) BYOI mode (Turista / Developer plans) — you connect your own third-party infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini); Raggamon acts as an orchestrator and does not store your end-user data; (b) Managed mode (Business / Enterprise plans) — Raggamon provides its own AI processing and storage infrastructure; you are charged in Raggacoins for processing capacity consumed.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. By registering you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and access credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Raggamon only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree NOT to: (a) use the service to process illegal, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; (c) resell or sublicense access without written authorisation; (d) abuse the service in ways that compromise availability for other users.

4. Your infrastructure and data (BYOI plans)

On BYOI plans (Turista / Developer), you retain full ownership of all data stored in your own MongoDB Atlas and Supabase instances. Raggamon only stores encrypted metadata (API keys, connection strings) necessary to orchestrate your pipelines. You are solely responsible for the legal compliance of data you process through Raggamon (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

5. Raggacoins — digital processing credits

Raggacoins are digital service credits issued by Raggamon that represent prepaid processing capacity on the Raggamon platform. Raggacoins are NOT raw AI provider API tokens, API credits, or any entitlement redeemable directly with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. Raggamon uses those providers internally as infrastructure suppliers; you are purchasing Raggamon's value-added processing service.

1 Raggacoin = EUR 0.001 of Raggamon processing capacity. The actual number of Raggacoins consumed per query depends on the AI model used and the volume of input and output tokens processed internally by Raggamon.

Business and Enterprise plans include an initial Raggacoin bundle granted at plan activation (25,000 for Business; 60,000 for Enterprise). These plan-bundle Raggacoins do not expire as long as your account remains active. Once depleted, additional Raggacoins can be requested through the contact form. Purchased (top-up) Raggacoins also do not expire.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WAIVER — In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or digital services that have already begun to be performed with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By clicking 'Confirm purchase' on any Raggacoin purchase screen, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Raggacoins are credited to your account.

NO REFUNDS — Raggacoins are non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by mandatory applicable law. If you believe an error has occurred in your purchase, contact us within 30 days at the email address provided in the Legal Notice.

SERVICE CESSATION — If Raggamon permanently ceases operations, any remaining Raggacoin balance will be lost. Raggamon will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' advance notice of service closure, but cannot guarantee recovery of unused credits. By purchasing Raggacoins you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Usage plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans (Developer, Business, Enterprise) are activated on an individual, one-time basis managed directly by Raggamon. Pricing is agreed upon at the time of plan activation. All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Access to any paid plan (Developer, Business or Enterprise) requires prior individual authorisation granted directly by the platform owner. Plan changes are initiated via the in-platform contact form and assessed on a case-by-case basis. The owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any plan at any time without stating reasons. By requesting a plan upgrade, the user confirms they will use the platform for lawful purposes only and agrees to provide any information the owner may reasonably request to evaluate the application.

You may request plan cancellation at any time through the contact form or by contacting Raggamon directly. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods. Upon account deletion, encrypted credentials are immediately deleted; platform metadata may be retained for the legally required period.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Each usage plan agreement has a duration agreed upon at activation. If Raggamon changes its business model or access conditions (for example, transitioning to a formal company with a recurring subscription system), users will be notified with at least 30 days advance notice. Users with an active paid plan at the time of the change will retain their current plan for 1 calendar month from the effective date. After that period, if the user has not updated their account and formalised access under the new conditions, their account will automatically revert to the Turista plan (free tier). This clause ensures a fair and orderly transition for all existing users.

7. Managed infrastructure — data retention policy

When a Business or Enterprise usage plan is cancelled or expires, Raggamon applies the following data retention policy for managed infrastructure: (a) all RAGs beyond the Turista plan limit (2) are immediately frozen — queries are blocked until the plan is reactivated; (b) dedicated MongoDB databases (Enterprise) and managed Cloudflare R2 storage files are scheduled for permanent deletion 30 calendar days from the cancellation date.

During this 30-day retention window, the account holder may request a full backup of their dedicated MongoDB database by contacting Raggamon through the in-dashboard contact form, selecting the reason "Request a data backup". Backup requests must be submitted before the 30-day deadline. Raggamon cannot recover data after permanent deletion.

If the plan is reactivated before the 30-day deadline, all frozen RAGs are automatically unpaused, the pending deletion is cancelled, and all managed infrastructure data is preserved.

Raggamon accepts no liability for data loss resulting from failure to resubscribe or request a backup within the 30-day retention window.

8. AI providers — internal suppliers

On Managed plans, Raggamon uses OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini) as internal processing infrastructure. These providers are not parties to your contract with Raggamon. You have no direct contractual relationship with them through the Raggamon platform, and you may not use Raggamon as a means to directly access or proxy their APIs.

Raggamon is not liable for service interruptions, quality degradation, or policy changes introduced by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google that affect processing capacity. In such cases, Raggamon will use commercially reasonable efforts to switch to an alternative provider or to credit affected Raggacoins.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raggamon and Manel Andreu Perez shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Raggamon makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99% monthly uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control (including third-party AI provider outages) are excluded from uptime calculations.

9. Intellectual property

The Raggamon platform, including its code, design and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Manel Andreu Perez. No licence to use our intellectual property is granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
